Interactive flat panels for classrooms and meeting rooms. Projection systems for lecture theatres and event spaces. Large-format LED displays for sports halls and hospitality venues.
We specify and install visual systems that are calibrated for the room — not the brochure. Throw distance, ambient light, viewing angle, seating layout. Every decision is made on site, not in a catalogue.

03 · Stage & Lighting
From a school nativity to a full theatre rig.
Stage and performance lighting for school halls, community theatres, church stages, and leisure-centre event spaces. Rigging, dimmers, LED bars, control desks.
We design for real performances — including the school production where every parent needs to see their child. The spec is driven by how the space is actually used, not by what looks impressive in a quote.

04 · Sensory Rooms
Calm spaces, gently engineered.
Bespoke multi-sensory environments for SEN schools, NHS trusts, care homes, autism units and hospices. Fibre-optic ceilings, mood-control LED, bubble tubes, interactive panels, soft play.
We design, build and maintain sensory rooms that calm, engage and invite a response. And we look after them long after the build — with planned maintenance, replacement parts, and engineers who know the room.

When we say service contract, we mean someone you'll know by name.
Most Opus AV clients have been on the books for years — many for decades. We offer planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, firmware updates, lamp replacements and system upgrades across all the sectors we serve.
When something stops working, there's a name and a number, not a helpdesk ticket. That number is 01282 420795, and it's been the same since 1979.

Some projects call for skills beyond AV. We work with trusted specialists for acoustic treatment and bespoke sensory equipment — part of our process, not an afterthought.
Sound Reduction Systems
UK manufacturer of bespoke acoustic panels, wall linings and floor systems — Institute of Acoustics accredited, over 40 years in the industry. SRS handle the acoustic treatment; Opus AV handles the AV. Together, the room works the way it’s supposed to.
