Council chambers and civic meeting rooms have specific requirements that most AV companies don’t think through carefully enough. Every microphone needs to be on or off on cue. The recording needs to capture every speaker, regardless of where they’re seated. The display needs to be readable from the public gallery. What AV systems do you install for industry and local authority?
We install council chamber AV and recording systems, factory and warehouse PA, control-room displays, training-room interactive panels, conference and boardroom audio-visual systems, and digital signage for civic and industrial premises. Every system is designed for the specific use case — a council chamber has very different requirements from a factory floor, and we specify accordingly.
Can you install AV systems in council chambers?
Yes. Council chamber AV is a specialised area — the system needs to support formal debate, meeting recording, public participation and often live streaming of proceedings. We install delegate microphone systems, audio recording infrastructure, display systems for agenda and voting, and camera systems for hybrid or broadcast-quality recording. We're experienced in working with procurement frameworks and local authority tender processes.
Do you install PA systems for factories and industrial premises?
Yes. Factory and industrial PA is a different discipline from office or civic audio — background noise, reverberant concrete and steel structures, safety-critical paging, and the need for voice-alarm integration all factor into the specification. We assess the acoustic environment, specify for speech intelligibility over ambient noise levels, and integrate with existing fire-alarm and safety systems where required.

Yes. We're experienced in working with public sector organisations including councils, NHS trusts and education authorities, and we understand the requirements of formal procurement. Do you offer service contracts for corporate and public-sector AV?
Yes. We offer planned maintenance and reactive call-out contracts for corporate, industrial and public-sector clients. A council chamber system or boardroom AV installation that goes down mid-meeting is a serious problem — we provide a named contact, documented response times, and engineers who know the specific installation. Most of our industry and local authority clients have been with us for more than a decade.
